Local
698 is made up of members of the Xenia Fire Division. We are 42
brothers and sisters strong. Xenia, Ohio is located 15 miles east of
Dayton. All members are dual certified as Firefighters and
Paramedics.
The
Xenia Fire Division operates out of 2 Fire Stations within the city
limits of Xenia, Ohio.
The
Xenia Firefighter's Association is proud of the fact that 100% of
the line Firefighter's and Officers are IAFF Local 698 members. Our
union local was chartered on July, 21 1941 with 7 original members.
Our members
are dedicated to improving the community of Xenia through public
service, contributions, Life Safety Education and professionalism.
We are constantly striving to improve the services that our Local
and the Xenia Fire Division provide.
